WE WILL have a staff meeting tonight. Same time same station

1. Address the developments of the last couple of days
2. GRANT UPDATE
3. FUNDRAISING
4. Lois will be there so we will have a treasurer report
5. Any projects staff want to address

I guess I’m supposed to post a synopsis of the meeting…

Not much to report about this teleconference.

We discussed the current “disagreement” between the CEO and COO at length. We didn’t reach a solid conclusion, but we all agreed that the member “Letsgetreal” is a problem and should be monitored. We agreed that we all desire a resolution to the current disagreement, and that SOSEN is more important than any dispute among Staff. We also agreed that we’d rather the COO return, if possible, and that she and the CEO should work to find a mutually reasonable solution to their current conflict. It was decided that the Secretary should write a letter/ email from Staff to the COO, and that Staff would let the Secretary know what the contents of said letter should be.

We briefly discussed the Grant Project, but no real progress has been made lately because of recent distractions and controversies.

Thus ends the Secretary’s report on the teleconference.

Thanks, I way out of the loop on this.
I suggested awhile back that Lets be allowed to read and not post, or could only post when moderated. I was told at the time that this was not possible. Is it possible now?
Lets is a loose cannon. One member should not have the power to cause such a fracas in the BOD or Staff.

From what little I’ve learned about SMF, it can be done.
