Staff needs to handle him with Kid Gloves. He is a very valuble member, but he can be skitzy. I always tell him that I will look into it for him and explain that staff has certain ways to handle these situations. He normally will give us the space we need to do a small investigation and thereby doing what is necessary. Whatever that may be. Just pat his tummy from time to time. He is doing all of us GREAT good with his blog.

I am more than willing to put up with his personality traits.
